Samoa's Greatest Needs!

Our resources from Samoa tell us that some of Samoa's greatest needs are the following:

Building Materials (i.e. shovels, hammers, levels, wheel barrows, chainsaws, etc..).  Rainy season is about to fall upon Samoa, so the need to build temporary shelter is great.

Kitchen Tools (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, paper plates, knives, tupperware, water coolers).  Villages have been flattened and people remain homeless or with nothing to use to feed their families.  Kitchen tools and supplies are very important.

Basic Necessities for Children (i.e. children's medicine, diapers, formula, etc...)

Temporary Shelter (i.e. tarps, sleeping cots, mattresses, tents)

Please read the exhaustive list to the right of this blog for additional supplies that you can bring with you to the festival on Saturday, October 24th.  Although clothes are a need, there is an overabundance of clothing being donated by other families in Samoa and American Samoa.  We encourage you to focus on other supplies that the people of Samoa need.

We thank you for your contribution - we are overwhelmed by the support of the families, churches and community members!

Be prepared for an experience unlike any other - an experience of love, support and solidarity from both Samoans and non-Samoans alike!
